The Global Leadership Connection brings together youth leaders dedicated to ethical conduct, academic excellence and compassionate service.
Our Mission is to inspire student leaders to develop spiritually, morally and socially.
The challenging leadership seminars connect youth leaders to each other, to colleges and to adult leaders in the community, in the nation, and on the globe. We believe that young people are our greatest natural resource and the positive relationships they make enhance their lives. They are the hope of our future.
The greatest opportunity that Global Leadership Connection gives to the students involved in this program is the opportunity to meet each other.
Our goal by the end of the Leadership Conference is that each student leader will have met or have shaken hands with every other student in the room. Through this connection and interaction, GLC student leaders build upon each other and re-enter the world with new confidence and unity.

We currently offer programs in San Diego & Santa Barbara areas.
In 2008 GLC established its first program in San Diego, CA.
Every GLC chapter partners with local colleges and universities, introducing students to a real day on campus and colleges to the best and brightest of their upcoming students!
